“She had never trusted in Christ”… until that Sunday
A few months ago, Brando and Kathia started driving 45 minutes—toll roads and all—to attend our church, even though there’s one right in their own city. They came because they were struggling in their relationship and had found our videos online. Brando grew up in a Christian home and was already saved, but he had drifted from God’s will. Kathia, on the other hand, had never trusted Christ.
Kathia asked my wife, Nicole, for a meeting. As Nicole counseled her, she realized Kathia wasn’t saved—and right there in our office, Nicole had the joy of leading her to the Lord! A few weeks later, now both saved, Brando and Kathia decided to follow the Lord in believer’s baptism. We rejoice with them as they continue to grow in our church, and we thank you for giving so that couples like them can find Jesus and have their lives transformed!

A Month of Visiting Churches
We spent June visiting our supporting churches. From the 1st through the 4th, we attended the Pastors’ Conference at Montecito Baptist Church, where Nicole taught the ladies, pastors’ wives, and teen girls. On the 7th, we visited Pastor Julio Calvillo in Moreno Valley, and on the 10th, I had the privilege of preaching at West Coast Baptist Church in Vista, California—Nicole’s home church.
I also preached for Pastor Omar Rodriguez in Moreno Valley on the 11th, Pastor Noe Urias in Pomona on the 14th, and Pastor Hurtado in Norwalk on the 28th. If your church is hosting a missions conference next year, we would love to come and share the work God is doing in Puebla!
Father’s Day Visitors
The ministry in Puebla never slowed down while we were away! For Father’s Day, our church gave a gift to every dad and raffled off prizes, and the Lord brought us 17 first-time visitors that single Sunday. In total, we welcomed 28 first-time visitors throughout the month!

Saturday Morning Prayer Meeting
About a year ago, we began meeting on Saturday mornings at 8:30 a.m. to pray for an hour. It started with just the men, but six months ago we opened it up to everyone. On Saturday the 27th, we had 19 people come out to pray! We praise the Lord for a church that prays.
Prayer Requests and Needs
Please pray for Brando and Kathia as they continue growing spiritually. Our construction projects are still underway, and our biggest prayer is that we finish before school starts on August 10th. Please continue to pray for the families who visited us in June—that they would return and grow in the Lord as well. And please prayerfully consider partnering with our family to reach Puebla with the Gospel.
In Christ,
Bro. Munoz
